Although political pundits are saying that America will suffer through a couple of years of “divided” government, nothing could be further from the truth.
To begin with, the Democrats unquestionably now own the U.S. House. As to the U.S. Senate, they are within one seat of taking over there. That final shoe could drop when George Allen concedes in Virginia.
So both houses of the U.S. Congress are clearly the domain of the Democrats.
What about the White House, you ask?
Well, let us see. The current resident president has the following recent resume:
- Approved a ten trillion-entitlement program for prescription drugs.
- Presided over the greatest growth in federal spending in recent history.
- Refers to Islam as a “Religion of Peace” in deference to the PC and diversity crowd.
- Refuses to secure U.S. borders and enforce immigration laws.
- Proposes amnesty for 12-20 million criminals in America from Mexico.
Clearly, President Bush is a “D” in practice if not in name.

The best government happens when the branches are divided. It forces compromise and less BS legislation.

as far as i am concerned george bush will go down as the worst president this country has ever had.we can only hope to dig our way out of his mess.he has left this country in ruins.
